Overnight Muesli

Prep: 10 Minutes + Overnight
Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

1 cup noosa mixed berry yoghurt
1/2 cup oats or muesli
1/3 cup blueberries
1 orange, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup of milk of choice (alternative milks work well too!)

Optional Add Ins:
Fruit: blueberries, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, dried cranberries, raisins

Extras: hemp seeds, flax seed meal, chia seeds, dried coconut

STEPS

  1. Add oats (or muesli), yogurt, blueberries, milk and orange juice to a mason jar
  2. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight
