The journey from farm to fridge starts with the most important ingredient of any delicious yoghurt: quality whole milk. Our unique whole milk recipe is made fresh daily from cows on Colorado farms, and we think it makes the best foundation for our delicious velvety yoghurt.

noosa began with… well, Noosa. tucked away on Australia’s Sunshine Coast, it was near this picturesque beach town where our co-founder, Koel Thomae—an Aussie ex-pat who’d been living in Colorado—came across a simple, clear tub filled with creamy yogurt and passion fruit purée. one irresistible spoonful later, her obsession with great yogurt began.
This was no ordinary yogurt… and too good to stay hidden Down Under. Back in Colorado, Koel sought out Rob Graves, a fourth generation dairy farmer with some serious milk credentials. making great milk isn’t just Rob’s profession; it’s his lifelong passion. he lives, breathes, and… well, drinks milk. like Koel, it only took him one taste to say, “we HAVE to make this yogurt!”

Koel spots a flyer for Morning Fresh Dairy in a Boulder coffee shop, which leads her to a 4th-generation dairy farmer and noosa co-founder, Rob Graves.
We officially launch with four flavors that are sold at Colorado farmer's markets and local Whole Foods stores.
noosa launches noosa frozen yoghurt gelato.
