INGREDIENTS

1 noosa pumpkin yoghurt
⅓ cup oats
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp maple syrup

STEPS

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Add to weck/mason jar
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Enjoy cold in the morning
