Pecan Pie Smoothie

Serves: 1-2

INGREDIENTS

1 cup noosa vanilla yoghurt
1 ¼ cup diced pecans
1 cup dates, pitted
1/2 cup oat milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups ice

STEPS

  1. Blend pecans and dates in blender until finely ground.
  2. Add all other ingredients, blend until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into glasses.
  4. Cut slice of pecan pie and place on top of smoothie.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
