Pecan Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup noosa vanilla yoghurt
1 ¼ cup diced pecans
1 cup dates, pitted
1/2 cup oat milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups ice
STEPS
- Blend pecans and dates in blender until finely ground.
- Add all other ingredients, blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into glasses.
- Cut slice of pecan pie and place on top of smoothie.
- Serve and enjoy!
