INGREDIENTS
1 noosa mango yoghurt
16 oz of frozen mango
Cup of Ice
2 fresh lime
Tajin
Chamoy sauce
Tamarindo candy straw
STEPS
- Blend mango, ice, and lime juice (1 lime, keep the other for garnish) in a blender
- Add in Noosa Yoghurt, blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
- Place in fridge and let chill.
- While it’s chilling prepare the glasses
Divide the chamoy sauce and tajin onto two separate plates. - Dip the rim of the cup into the chamoy sauce, then into the tajin.
- Fill the glasses ¾ with the blended mango mixture and add fresh mango on top
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge, and a tamarindo candy straw.
