Mangonada

Prep: 15 Minutes + 2 Hours
Serves: 3

INGREDIENTS

1 noosa mango yoghurt
16 oz of frozen mango
Cup of Ice
2 fresh lime
Tajin
Chamoy sauce
Tamarindo candy straw

STEPS

  1. Blend mango, ice, and lime juice (1 lime, keep the other for garnish) in a blender
  2. Add in Noosa Yoghurt, blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Place in fridge and let chill.
  4. While it’s chilling prepare the glasses
    Divide the chamoy sauce and tajin onto two separate plates.
  5. Dip the rim of the cup into the chamoy sauce, then into the tajin.
  6. Fill the glasses ¾ with the blended mango mixture and add fresh mango on top
  7. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge, and a tamarindo candy straw.
