Holiday Peppermint Frozen Yogurt Bark

Prep: 10 Minutes + 2 Hours
Serves: 4-6

INGREDIENTS

1 cup noosa vanilla bean yoghurt
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash salt
Crushed peppermint candies
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

STEPS

  1. Mix all ingredients beside peppermint in bowl
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yogurt mixture over the top.
  3. Add peppermints and chocolate chips to top and press in lightly.
  4. Allow freezing time, break apart and enjoy!
