Holiday Peppermint Frozen Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS
1 cup noosa vanilla bean yoghurt
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash salt
Crushed peppermint candies
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
STEPS
- Mix all ingredients beside peppermint in bowl
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yogurt mixture over the top.
- Add peppermints and chocolate chips to top and press in lightly.
- Allow freezing time, break apart and enjoy!
