Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup noosa Vanilla Bean Yoghurt
1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
Optional add ons: Chocolate or white chocolate chips, Bananas, Strawberries

STEPS

  1. Stir together noosa vanilla bean greek yoghurt, peanut butter, and cocoa powder until completely blended.
  2. Layer in small, glass jar with fruit and chocolate chips until glass is full. Enjoy!
