Fruit & Granola Parfait

INGREDIENTS

3 Cups noosa Strawberry Rhubarb Yoghurt
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup chunky granola
Mint leaves for garnish
Drizzle: honey

STEPS

  1. Layer all ingredients in order of yoghurt, granola, and fruit in bowl or noosa tub until top is reached.
  2. Top with mint leaves and a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
