1 8 oz. noosa coconut yoghurt
2 ½ cups of Strawberries
2 tablespoons of honey
¼ cup of coconut water
- Blend 2 cups of strawberries (will use the ½ cup later) in a food processor or blender until it reaches a smoothie-like consistency.
- In a bowl mix the strawberry mixture and honey together. Gradually mix in the coconut water.
- Add the Noosa yoghurt to the bowl and slowly mix. Do not fully blend them together in order to achieve a tie-dye look.
- To assemble
Fill the mold half way with the mixture.
Place strawberry slices in the mold.
Fill the mold the rest of the way.
- Place in freezer for up to 6 hours.
