Fro-Yo Pops

Prep: 10 Minutes + 4-6 Hours
Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS

1 8 oz. noosa coconut yoghurt
2 ½ cups of Strawberries
2 tablespoons of honey
¼ cup of coconut water

STEPS

  1. Blend 2 cups of strawberries (will use the ½ cup later) in a food processor or blender until it reaches a smoothie-like consistency.
  2. In a bowl mix the strawberry mixture and honey together. Gradually mix in the coconut water.
  3. Add the Noosa yoghurt to the bowl and slowly mix. Do not fully blend them together in order to achieve a tie-dye look.
  4. To assemble
    Fill the mold half way with the mixture.
    Place strawberry slices in the mold.
    Fill the mold the rest of the way.
  5. Place in freezer for up to 6 hours.
