Coconut Cold-Brew Plunge Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

¼ 8oz Noosa Coconut Yoghurt
¼ cup of coconut milk
½ cup Cold brew coffee
½ Banana
1 ½ teaspoons cacao powder
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
Ice

STEPS

  1. DAY BEFORE Prep your cold brew coffee: Grind 1 cup of coffee into a semi-coarse texture (about the texture of sea salt) and top with 2 cups of cool filtered water. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. DAY OF: Strain coffee through a coffee filter.
  3. In a BlendJet, add (filtered) cold brew coffee, banana, noosa yoghurt, ice cubes, coconut milk, cacao powder, and maple syrup.
  4. Blend for 2 cycles until creamy and smooth, adding more coffee or some coconut milk if needed.
