Christmas Tree Frozen Yogurt Bark

Prep: 10 Minutes + 3 Hours
Serves: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

16 oz noosa strawberry yoghurt (2 containers)
2 Tbsp agave
4 kiwi
1 cup strawberries

STEPS

  1. In a bowl, mix yoghurt and agave
  2. Spread yoghurt mixture on a rimmed, parchment paper lined baking sheet
  3. Peel your kiwi and slice it longways, cut each slice with a small holiday tree cookie cutter
  4. Chop your strawberries into small pieces
  5. Place your holiday tree kiwi 2 inches apart all over the yoghurt mixture
  6. Sprinkle with strawberries
  7. Place in freezer and allow to freeze a minimum or 3 hours, 5 being ideal
  8. Don’t touch it!
  9. Remove from freezer and cut into squares, having the kiwi holiday tree in the middle of each square
  10. Return to freezer until ready to eat
  11. Enjoy immediately out of freezer
  12. Can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months
