Caramelized Pears with Yogurt Drizzle

Serves: 2-4

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup noosa vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup honey or agave
2 Teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 pears, cored and halved
Cranberries
Pistachios

STEPS

  1. Heat honey in large skillet until slightly bubbling.
  2. Sprinkle pear halves with seasonings and lay face down in honey mixture.
  3. Cook until golden, remove from heat.
  4. Top plated pears with drizzles of vanilla bean noosa, cranberries, pistachios, and leftover honey syrup.
