Berry Trifle

Prep: 15 minutes + 3 Hours
Serves: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

16 oz noosa blueberry yoghurt (2 containers)
16 oz cool whip (2 containers)
1 package Lady Fingers
3 cups blueberries
1 cup blackberries

STEPS

  1. In a large bowl, mix noosa yoghurt and cool whip until well incorporated, set aside
  2. In a separate bowl, toss blueberries and blackberries together
  3. In a trifle dish, layer in the following order
    Yoghurt mix
    Lady fingers
    Berry mix
  4. Repeat this order two to three times until your dish is full
  5. Put a healthy dollop of yoghurt mix on to
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
  7. Keep leftovers refrigerated
