Berry Trifle

Serves: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
16 oz noosa blueberry yoghurt (2 containers)
16 oz cool whip (2 containers)
1 package Lady Fingers
3 cups blueberries
1 cup blackberries
STEPS
- In a large bowl, mix noosa yoghurt and cool whip until well incorporated, set aside
- In a separate bowl, toss blueberries and blackberries together
- In a trifle dish, layer in the following order
Yoghurt mix
Lady fingers
Berry mix - Repeat this order two to three times until your dish is full
- Put a healthy dollop of yoghurt mix on to
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
- Keep leftovers refrigerated
