Christmas Tree Frozen Yogurt Bark

Serves: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
16 oz noosa strawberry yoghurt (2 containers)
2 Tbsp agave
4 kiwi
1 cup strawberries
STEPS
- In a bowl, mix yoghurt and agave
- Spread yoghurt mixture on a rimmed, parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Peel your kiwi and slice it longways, cut each slice with a small holiday tree cookie cutter
- Chop your strawberries into small pieces
- Place your holiday tree kiwi 2 inches apart all over the yoghurt mixture
- Sprinkle with strawberries
- Place in freezer and allow to freeze a minimum or 3 hours, 5 being ideal
- Don’t touch it!
- Remove from freezer and cut into squares, having the kiwi holiday tree in the middle of each square
- Return to freezer until ready to eat
- Enjoy immediately out of freezer
- Can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months
